Data archive request
You may request a copy of personal data or restriction of its processing according to the rights provided by applicable law.
Requests are reviewed individually and the response will be sent to the email address indicated in the form.
Archiving, keeping and destroying documents containing personal data is carried out according to the storage limitation principle. Data is not kept longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or for periods required by law.
Restriction may be requested when you contest data accuracy, when processing is unlawful and you do not want deletion, when data is needed to defend a right or when you objected to processing and legitimate reasons must be verified.
At the end of retention periods, data may be deleted, anonymized or securely destroyed depending on the document format and applicable obligations.
